Hello Im going to provide you with the basic things to make a signature or sig for short. So I will provide links to some of the things you will need such as Brushes and C4Ds
INSTALLING FONTS: Download the font which will usually come in a .zip file so open that up and take out the font.abr and right click and hit install. Its that easy
INSTALLING BRUSHES: To Install Brushes open up your C:drive do to Program Files OR Program filesx86 under the Adobe File go to Presets then Brushes then Copy and paste your brush file there. THEN open up Photoshop select the brush tool go to the brushes pallet and press the small circular button with a sideways arrow in it, it will give you a drop down menu and one of the options will be to load brushes click that and then locate the source of your brush and select it. Now you have brushes.
